William Shakespeare

William Shakespeare was bor non the 23rd of April in 1563 and he died on the 23rd of April in 1616 in the same place that he was born.

He married Anne when he was 16 years old and his wife was 26 years old. They had three children, and the yonguest died when he was 1 year.

One day Shakespeare left to London. In this time, he wrote 40 plays about love, like Romeo and Juliet, power…

He and his friends dicided to built the Globe Theatre in 1599, and made a company called Lord Chamberlain´s men.

Londo in the 16th Century had 2000,00 people. In this time, London was a dirty place. It was the time of Queen Elizabeth I, when London lived a nice time.

The film is about the life of Shakespeare in London. He was angry because he “lost his muse”

But his life changed when he meet Viola de Lesseps. In the begining, Shakespeare didn´t know that Viola Dresde like a man for being Romeo in the Shakespeare´s play. But afterwords Shakespeare knew the true and he fall in love.

Shakespeare and Viola could not be together reacuse she got married with Lord Wissex.

The Beatles

My favorite group are The Beatles. They were a group of the 60s made up by Ringo Starr, John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison

My “fanaticism” for The Beatles began in the summer of 2011 when my sister recommended me a book called The Lonely Hearts Club.



In the book the main character (like her parents) was a big fan of The Beatles. In each chapter she mentions a Beatles' song and I had curiosity for knowing how their songs were and I decided look for them in YouTube. After that The Beatles became my favorite group.

But before this I already knew perfectly one of their songs called “Hello Goodbye” (it was written by Paul McCartney in 1967) because my sister had to learn it for an end of year concert and she was singing it all the time and, finally, I learnt it.
To my disappointment I will never be able to go to one of their concerts because they separated in 1970 before I was born and two of them are dead.

-My trip-

On Christmas holidays, I travelled to Saint Petersburg (Russia) with Nélida. We went there on an aeroplane and we arrived at an airport called Púlkovo 1. There, we stayed at the Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge.

While we were there, the streets were filled with snow, because it was winter and there snows a lot. At that time Saint Petersburg becomes a completely frost city.

 

One day we went to watch the ballet in a theatre called Mariinsky. The next day we returned there to watch a concert of classic music.

Also we visited Hermitage Museum ( one of the most important museums in the world), the Catherine Park...

To go to every place we had to catch the underground and it cost 20 rubles

We had such a good time, we enjoyed a lot and I will never forget that trip.
